Tradogram alternatives, sorted by the job you need done.

Six options, from procure to pay platforms to PROCAI for supplier search, RFQs and quote comparison. Every fact about another vendor comes from its own website.

What does Tradogram do, and why look at alternatives?

Tradogram describes itself as configurable procurement software for growing teams, connecting the steps from request to payment. Its site lists purchase requisitions with approval routing, purchase orders, sourcing events for RFQs and RFPs with side by side bid comparison, supplier management, accounts payable with AI invoice capture and three way matching, budgets, inventory and mobile apps, with connections to accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage.

Teams look at alternatives for practical reasons. The Essentials plan is published at $99 a month, but on Tradogram's pricing page RFQ and RFP sourcing, requisitions, budgets and custom approvals are part of the Premium plan, quoted for 20 users or more, or paid add ons on Essentials. Teams whose main job is finding suppliers, sending RFQs and comparing quotations often want that part without a full procure to pay rollout. PROCAI fits that case. The other tools on this page cover procure to pay.

Three jobs, three kinds of tool.

Most searches for a Tradogram alternative are really a question about scope.

If you mainly need sourcing, RFQs and quote comparison

  • PROCAI finds suppliers from a plain language description, in up to 3 countries at once
  • RFQs go from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox, and replies are matched back to the RFQ
  • Quotations in any layout become one side by side sheet, exported to Excel or PDF
  • Free plan with no card, and RFQs never cost credits on any plan

If you need purchase requests, approvals and POs

  • Precoro routes requests, POs and invoices to approvers by department, amount or project
  • ProcurementExpress shows the remaining budget on each purchase order and publishes its prices
  • Procurify routes requests by department, location, account code or amount, with budgets shown to approvers
  • PROCAI Enterprise adds an eight step PR to PO workflow, without invoicing or payments

If you need procure to pay with invoices and payments

  • Precoro's Automation plan adds AP automation, electronic invoicing, AI agents and a supplier portal
  • Order.co combines purchasing with vendor locked virtual cards, accounts payable and payments
  • Kissflow runs requests, approvals and invoice matching on top of the ERP you already have
  • Plan for a rollout: Precoro states 2 to 8 weeks to go live, Procurify about eight weeks

How to choose a Tradogram alternative and switch, in four steps.

Start from the process you run, not from a feature list.

  1. 1

Map the process you actually need

Write down every step from the request to the payment and mark the ones that cost you time: finding suppliers, chasing quotations, approvals or invoice matching. That list decides the category of tool, before any demo.

  2. 2

    Shortlist by scope

Pick two or three tools whose own websites describe that scope. A sourcing and RFQ tool, a purchase approval tool and a full procure to pay platform solve different problems at different prices.

  3. 3

Run a real RFQ or approval in a trial

Use a live purchase, not a demo script. Send a real RFQ to real suppliers, or route a real request through approvals, and see what your team and your suppliers actually do with it.

  4. 4

    Check data export and integration

Before you commit, confirm how your records come out and which accounting or ERP systems connect. In PROCAI, comparison sheets and RFQ conversations export to Excel or PDF, and every RFQ and reply also stays in your own mailbox.

When Tradogram is still the right choice.

Switching has a cost. Stay with Tradogram if these describe your team.

  • You need invoices captured, matched and paid in the same system as your purchase orders. Tradogram covers that with AP invoices and TradoPay. PROCAI has no invoicing or accounts payable.
  • You track stock and reorder points. Tradogram lists inventory management. PROCAI does not track inventory.
  • Approvers must see the remaining budget on every request. Tradogram lists real time budget tracking. PROCAI does not track budgets.
  • It already works for you. If the gap is finding suppliers and comparing quotations, add a sourcing tool alongside Tradogram instead of replacing it.

Tradogram alternatives, answered.

What is the best Tradogram alternative for RFQs and quote comparison?

If your gap is sourcing rather than invoices and payments, PROCAI is built for that part of the cycle. It finds suppliers with AI search, sends one RFQ to the whole shortlist from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, matches replies to the RFQ and compares the quotations side by side. It does not handle invoices or payments. On Tradogram's pricing page, RFQ and RFP sourcing is part of the Premium plan or a paid add on to Essentials.

Is there a free alternative to Tradogram?

Not for the full procure to pay scope, but PROCAI has a Free plan for the sourcing part. It needs no card and gives 8 credits once at signup plus 30 RFQs a month to 20 suppliers each, enough for one supplier search and one comparison sheet. ProcurementExpress publishes a 14 day free trial with no credit card. Tradogram's pricing page shows no free plan; its Essentials plan is $99 a month.

Does PROCAI replace Tradogram entirely?

No. PROCAI covers finding suppliers, sending RFQs from your own mailbox, tracking replies and comparing quotations, plus AI agents for inbound enquiries and, on Enterprise, an eight step PR to PO approval workflow. It has no invoicing, accounts payable, payments, budgets, inventory or expense management, all of which Tradogram's site lists. If you need those, keep a procure to pay tool.

Can PROCAI run alongside Tradogram?

Yes, as a separate tool. There is no direct integration between the two. Buyers use PROCAI to find suppliers, send the RFQ and build the comparison sheet, then raise the purchase order in Tradogram with the chosen offer. The comparison exports to Excel or PDF, so the evidence behind each award is a file you can keep with your records.

How does pricing compare with Tradogram?

Tradogram publishes its Essentials plan at $99 a month or $950.40 a year, with an additional user fee, and quotes Premium for 20 users or more and Scale with unlimited users. PROCAI publishes all its prices: Free with no card, Starter $20 a month, Individual $39, Team $119 for 3 seats, Professional $349 for 5 seats and Enterprise from $799 a month. Sending RFQs never costs credits.

How long does it take to start with PROCAI?

There is no implementation project. You sign up free on the web, connect the Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox you already use, and can send the first RFQ the same day. There is nothing to install, no supplier database to import and no category tree to configure. Enterprise workspaces add roles and the approval workflow, with dedicated onboarding.
