How do credits work?

Each AI-heavy action costs a fixed number of credits. Supplier and service searches come in three depths so you only pay for the coverage you need: Quick costs 5 credits, Balanced 6 credits, and Thorough 8 credits for the first country. Want to search more markets at once? Every additional country (up to 3) is charged at half price — so a Thorough search costs 8 credits for one country, 12 for two, and 16 for three. Lead searches are tiered the same way on a cheaper curve (Quick 1, Balanced 2, Thorough 3 for the first country, extra countries at half price). AI comparison sheets scale with the number of supplier quotations (2–5 quotations per sheet): 2 = 3 credits, 3 = 4, 4 = 6, 5 = 8. RFQs are free (capped per-plan by count, not credits).

Are RFQs really free?

Yes. Sending an RFQ never burns credits — only your supplier searches and comparison sheets do. Each plan caps how many RFQs you can send per calendar month: 10 on Free, 100 on Individual, 500 on Professional, and a custom high-volume allowance on Enterprise.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your monthly subscription credits refill on every billing renewal. If you need more mid-month, buy a top-up pack: 20 credits / $14, 50 credits / $35, or 100 credits / $65. Top-ups never expire and stack on top of your subscription credits.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every paid plan on annual billing pays the equivalent of 10 monthly invoices instead of 12 (≈17% off). Enterprise pricing is always custom.

Yes. Free is free forever, and Individual and Professional each include a 14-day full-feature trial — no credit card required.
