One thorough supplier search = 5 credits. One 5 quote comparison sheet = 3 credits.
No plan needed: credits are $1 each, so about $3 for a comparison and $5 for a search.

RFQs are free and never use credits. Suppliers per RFQ: 20 on Free, 50 on Individual, Team and Professional, 100 on Enterprise, company wide for admins and members alike. Platform limits per organization: 5 RFQ sends per minute and 500 per day. Daily delivery also follows your mailbox provider's own limits (free Gmail ≈ 500 emails/day, Google Workspace ≈ 2,000/day, Microsoft 365 ≈ 10,000/day).
Common questions.
How do credits work?
Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits. A supplier or service search costs 3 credits on Quick, 4 on Balanced and 5 on Thorough for the first country, and each extra country, up to 3 in total, is half price. A lead search costs 1, 2 or 4 credits for the first country, extra countries at half price. An AI comparison sheet costs 3 credits for 2 to 5 quotations and 5 credits for 6 to 10 quotations. Top ups cost $1 a credit, so that is $3 a comparison and $3 to $5 a search. RFQs are free, capped per plan by count.
Are RFQs really free?
Yes. Sending an RFQ never uses credits. Each plan caps RFQs per calendar month: 30 on Free, 300 on Individual, 600 on Team and 1,500 on Professional. Enterprise packages have no monthly cap, under a fair use limit of 500 sends a day. Each RFQ can go to up to 20 suppliers on Free, 50 on Individual, Team and Professional, and 100 on Enterprise.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscription credits refill at every billing renewal. The Free plan gives 8 credits once, when you sign up, and does not refill. For more mid month, buy a top up: 20 credits for $20, 50 for $50 or 100 for $100. Top ups never expire. Team, Professional and Enterprise can also buy AI agent request packs, 50 for $49, 150 for $129 or 300 for $219, each adding the same number of RFQs.
Can I try PROCAI before paying?
Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card: 8 credits once, when you sign up, that you can spend on any feature, and 30 RFQs a month. That is enough for one supplier search and one comparison sheet. After that, pick a paid plan to keep going. Paid plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
