Procurement software for buyers in the UAE and the Gulf.
Arabic and English interface, quotations read in either language, dirham offers compared with imports in dollars or euros, and VAT read from each quotation. Source across the UAE and up to two more countries in one search.
What should procurement software handle for a UAE buyer?
Buying from the UAE means suppliers in several emirates, imports from across the region and beyond, quotations in Arabic and English, and prices in dirhams next to dollars and euros. Procurement software that only reads one language and one currency leaves the comparison, the slowest part, in a spreadsheet.
PROCAI reads each quotation in the language it was written in, keeps each offer in its own currency with its own VAT, and adds a US dollar total when currencies differ, so a Dubai distributor and an importer quoting from abroad sit on one sheet.
Built for buying across the Gulf.
Two languages, several currencies, one sheet.
Arabic and English
- Full Arabic interface with right to left layout, and English a click away
- Arabic quotations are read as written, including Arabic Indic numerals and scans read with OCR
- Arabic and English quotations sit in the same comparison sheet
- RFQs go out in whichever language you write them
Regional sourcing
- AI supplier search covers the UAE and up to 3 countries in one search, for example the UAE, Saudi Arabia and an import market
- Results carry emails, phones and websites from public business listings and company websites
- Your own supplier lists upload too, including the brands each supplier carries
- RFQs send from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox, so suppliers reply to you
Currency and VAT
- Each quotation keeps its own currency, dirhams, riyals, dollars or euros
- A US dollar total row is added when currencies differ, with your own exchange rate if you prefer
- VAT is read from each quotation or set by you, and shown per quotation
- Export to Excel with the original quotations embedded, or to PDF
How to run a sourcing cycle from the UAE in four steps.
The same flow in Arabic or English.
- 1
Search the markets you buy from
Describe the material or service and pick up to 3 countries, the UAE plus the markets you import from.
- 2
Send the RFQ from your own mailbox
Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP and send one request to the shortlist. Suppliers reply by normal email.
- 3
Upload the quotations as they come
Arabic, English or mixed, PDF, Excel or photo. Each quotation's currency and VAT are read from the document, and you can override either.
- 4
Compare in one sheet and award
The same items line up across suppliers with totals per quotation and a US dollar total when currencies differ. Export it and make the award.
What to know before you rely on it.
The honest edges for a UAE buyer.
- PROCAI is not connected to government procurement portals in any emirate. It manages your own RFQs to your own suppliers, not portal submissions.
- The free supplier list pages cover Saudi Arabia today. In the UAE, suppliers come from a search or from lists you upload.
- VAT is stated per quotation as read or as you set it. PROCAI does not give tax advice and your rates are yours to confirm.
- Plans are priced in US dollars and paid by card.
Procurement software in the UAE, answered.
Is PROCAI used by buyers in the UAE?
PROCAI is web software, so it works from anywhere, and it is built for the way the Gulf buys: Arabic and English, several currencies on one sheet, VAT read per quotation. Supplier search covers the UAE directly, alongside up to two more countries in the same search.
Can it compare dirham quotations with imports in dollars or euros?
Yes. Each quotation keeps its own currency on the sheet with its own subtotal, VAT and total. When currencies differ, a US dollar total row is added so the offers read against each other, and you can enter your own exchange rate instead of the default.
Does it read Arabic quotations?
Yes. Quotations are read in the language they were written in, including Arabic with Arabic Indic numerals and scans read with OCR, and Arabic and English quotations can sit in the same sheet. Accuracy depends on the document, so every cell stays editable and the originals sit beside it.
Does it connect to Dubai or Abu Dhabi government procurement portals?
No. Government portals have their own registration and submission processes. PROCAI manages the private side of buying: finding suppliers, sending your RFQs from your own mailbox and comparing the quotations that come back, including for the packages behind a tender you are pricing.
How does it handle VAT?
Per quotation. The VAT printed on each quotation, an amount, a rate, prices that already include tax or exempt lines, is read from the document, and a rate you set at upload wins. The sheet shows subtotal, VAT and total per quotation, so an offer quoted without VAT is not mistaken for a cheaper one.
What does it cost?
The Free plan gives 8 credits once, when you sign up, and 30 RFQs a month, no credit card. Paid plans start at $20 a month with Starter for one buyer, and enterprise packages add the approval workflow, team management and API. All plans are priced in US dollars.
