Supplier sourcing software that starts from a sentence.
Describe what you need in plain language and pick up to 3 countries. PROCAI returns suppliers ranked by relevance, with the emails, phones and websites you need to send one RFQ to all of them.
What is supplier sourcing software?
Supplier sourcing software finds companies that can supply what you need and gives you a way to reach them. Done by hand, sourcing means hours of searching maps, directories and company websites, then copying contact details into a spreadsheet one supplier at a time. Sourcing software does that collection for you and hands back a shortlist you can act on.
PROCAI searches public business listings and company websites, reads each candidate to judge whether it actually supplies what you asked for, ranks the results, and collects their contact details. The list then feeds straight into an RFQ sent from your own mailbox.
What goes in, what comes back.
A plain description in, a contactable shortlist out.
What you describe
- The product or service in your own words, for example rebar, ready mix concrete, industrial valves or HVAC maintenance
- Up to 3 countries in one search, useful for comparing local supply with imports
- A depth: Quick, Balanced or Thorough, which sets how many suppliers come back
- Nothing to configure: no category tree, no supplier database to import first
What comes back
- Suppliers ranked by how well they match your description, not by who paid for placement
- Emails, phone numbers and websites where the supplier publishes them
- Up to 100 suppliers per country on a Thorough search
- A list you can export or send an RFQ to directly
What happens next
- Shortlist the suppliers that fit and send them one RFQ from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox
- Replies, bounces and silent suppliers are tracked against the RFQ
- The quotations that come back build one side by side comparison sheet
- Your own supplier lists upload too, so new and existing suppliers sit in one place
How to find suppliers with AI in four steps.
From a description to suppliers in your inbox.
- 1
Describe what you need
Write the product or service the way you would explain it to a colleague. Include the grade, standard or use when it matters, it sharpens the ranking.
- 2
Pick the countries and depth
Choose up to 3 countries and a depth. The search runs in the background, usually in 10 to 15 minutes, and you are notified when it is ready.
- 3
Review and shortlist
Open each supplier's website from the results and keep the ones that fit. Qualification is yours: the list is a starting point, not an approval.
- 4
Send one RFQ to the shortlist
Send the same request to every shortlisted supplier at once from your own mailbox, and compare the quotations when they arrive.
What a supplier search is not.
A search saves the hours of collecting. It does not replace knowing your suppliers.
- It does not verify suppliers. Results come from public business listings and company websites and are not checked for licences, certifications or financial standing.
- Contact details are only as good as what suppliers publish. Some results have a phone but no email, and some addresses bounce, which the RFQ tracking then flags.
- Coverage follows how visible suppliers are online. Niche industrial suppliers that barely publish anything can be missed, which is why your own supplier lists upload too.
- It is not a marketplace. Suppliers do not pay to appear and do not need an account; PROCAI does not sell or broker anything.

Supplier sourcing, answered.
How does AI find suppliers?
PROCAI turns your description into several searches across public business listings and company websites in each country you chose, then reads each candidate to judge whether it really supplies what you asked for. Weak matches drop down or out, and contact details are collected from the supplier's own published information. The result is a ranked list rather than a raw directory dump.
Which countries can I search?
Any country where suppliers list themselves publicly, up to 3 countries in one search. Buyers in the Gulf often search Saudi Arabia, the UAE and one import market together to compare local supply with imports in a single pass.
How many suppliers does a search return, and what does it cost?
Up to 60 suppliers per country on Quick, 75 on Balanced and 100 on Thorough. The first country costs 3 credits on Quick, 4 on Balanced and 5 on Thorough, and each additional country costs half. Every new account gets 8 free credits once, enough for a Thorough search and a comparison sheet, with no credit card.
Are the suppliers verified?
No. PROCAI finds suppliers and their published contact details, it does not vet them. Checking licences, certificates, references and financial standing stays with the buyer, as it should. The search shortens the list you have to check, it does not do the checking.
Can I use my existing supplier list as well?
Yes. Upload your own supplier lists, including the brands each supplier carries and the items it sells, and send RFQs to them alongside suppliers found by search. On Team, Professional and Enterprise plans, the AI agent matches incoming enquiries against those uploaded lists.
How is this different from searching Google myself?
Google returns pages; PROCAI returns suppliers. It runs several search angles per country, reads each candidate's site to judge relevance, removes duplicates and collects contact details, which is the part that takes a person a working day. The output goes straight into an RFQ instead of a spreadsheet.
