[Name], [Company]What to ask for, and why
The numbered list at the bottom of the template is what makes replies comparable. Each line is routinely left out of quotations, and routinely decides which offer is really the cheapest.
01Unit price per panel and per watt, stating model and rated power
A quotation for a 450 W panel is not comparable to one for a 580 W panel at the same unit price. Until every offer names the model and rated power and converts to a price per watt, the cheapest number on the table may simply be less power.
02Price basis, ex works or delivered to site
Panels ship on pallets and break when handled badly, so freight, insurance and handling are a real share of landed cost. A lower ex works price can quietly lose to a higher delivered one once the trucking is added.
03Datasheet and IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certificates for the quoted model
Power rating and safety are certificate claims tied to one model. Asked at quotation stage the certificates are committed for the exact panel quoted. Asked at delivery they become an argument, and a substituted model may not carry them.
04Product warranty and power output warranty terms
Panels run for decades, so the warranty is part of the price. Two offers at the same number with different product and power warranty periods are not the same offer, and the difference only shows years after award.
05Lead time from purchase order
Imported modules move on shipping schedules and installation crews are booked around the delivery date. The cheapest pallet that lands after the crew has moved on costs more than the dearest one that lands on time.
06Offer validity period
Module prices move with the global market and with freight rates. A seven day validity and a thirty day validity are not the same offer at the same number, because one of them expires before your approval cycle finishes.

Who supplies solar panels in Saudi Arabia?
The Saudi market is served mainly by distributors and installers importing modules from international manufacturers, alongside some local module production, and most commercial projects buy through a distributor or an installation contractor rather than the factory directly. Rather than guess at a shortlist, run the search on your own specification. PROCAI returns the suppliers currently active for the module type and power class you need, with contact details.
How do I request a solar panel quotation in Saudi Arabia?
State the module technology (monocrystalline, bifacial or another type), the rated power per panel, the total quantity in panels or in kWp, the certification you require (IEC 61215 and IEC 61730), the delivery point and the required date. The ready to copy RFQ template on this page covers all of it. Paste it, fill the brackets, and send it to every supplier at once.
What certification should I ask a solar panel supplier for?
Ask for the module datasheet and the IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certificates for the exact model quoted, and SASO conformity for the shipment delivered into Saudi Arabia. Make certificate supply an explicit line in the RFQ so it is priced and committed at quotation stage rather than argued about on delivery.
How do I compare solar panel offers fairly?
Ask every supplier to quote a price per watt as well as per panel, and to state the model, the rated power and the warranty terms on the face of the offer. A cheaper panel with a lower rating or a shorter power warranty is not the same offer. Same basis quotations are what make a comparison sheet read line by line.
Which Saudi cities does this cover?
The supplier list is countrywide and includes suppliers delivering into Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, Mecca, Medina and Yanbu. When you run the search live you can name your delivery city, see who serves it, and send one RFQ to all of them at once.
Do these suppliers deliver solar panels to {city}?
The list on this page was built by searching for solar panel suppliers in and around {city} specifically, not nationally, so these are the distributors and installers actually serving {city} projects. Panels are fragile and ship on pallets, so ask for the delivered price to your {city} address as a separate line from the ex works price, which is what the RFQ template on this page does.
