Regards,
[Name], [Company]What to ask for, and why
The numbered list at the bottom of the template is what makes replies comparable. Each line is routinely left out of quotations, and routinely decides which offer is really the cheapest.
01Unit price per square metre, stating core type, panel thickness and skin thickness
A quotation for a 50 mm PU panel is not comparable to one for a 100 mm rockwool panel. Until every price names its core and both thicknesses on the face of the offer, the cheapest number on the table may simply be a thinner panel or a lighter skin.
02Price basis, ex works or delivered to site
Panels are long and bulky for their weight, so trucking and offloading are a real share of landed cost. A lower ex works price can quietly lose to a higher delivered one once the transport is added.
03Flashings, fixings and accessories itemised separately
Offers that look close per square metre often part ways on the flashings, ridge caps and fixings. A lump sum hides the dear lines, and an itemised offer is the only kind a comparison sheet can read line by line.
04Lead time from purchase order
Panels are usually cut to the lengths on your order, so they are produced after the purchase order rather than taken from stock. The cheapest panel that arrives after the steel erectors have left costs more than the dearest one that arrives on time.
05Fire classification and test certificate for the quoted core
Fire behaviour is a certificate claim, not a brochure claim. Asked at quotation stage the classification is priced and committed. Asked at delivery it becomes an argument, and a panel without the right classification cannot pass the fire strategy it was bought for.
06Offer validity period
Panel prices track steel coil and chemical input costs. A seven day validity and a thirty day validity are not the same offer at the same number, because one of them expires before your approval cycle finishes.

Who supplies sandwich panels in Saudi Arabia?
The Saudi market is served by domestic panel factories and by distributors carrying imported ranges, and many factories also supply the matching flashings and fixings. Rather than guess at a shortlist, run the search on your own specification. PROCAI returns the suppliers currently active for the core type and thickness you need, with contact details.
How do I request a sandwich panel quotation in Saudi Arabia?
State the application (roof, wall or cold room), the core (PU, PIR or rockwool), the panel thickness, the steel skin thickness and finish, the quantity in square metres with panel lengths, the standard (for example EN 14509), the delivery point and the required date. The ready to copy RFQ template on this page covers all of it. Paste it, fill the brackets, and send it to every supplier at once.
Which core should I specify: PU, PIR or rockwool?
The core decides both the insulation and the fire behaviour of the panel. PU and PIR insulate more per millimetre, while rockwool is chosen where the fire strategy calls for a non combustible core. Let the project fire strategy under SBC 801 drive the choice, then name the core and its fire classification in the RFQ so every supplier prices the same panel.
What should a sandwich panel quotation include besides the panels?
Ask for flashings, ridge caps, fixings, sealants and closures as separate lines, and state whether installation is included. Prices per square metre can look close while the accessory lines are where offers part ways, and a lump sum hides where one supplier is dear. Itemised quotations are what make two offers comparable line by line, which is exactly how a comparison sheet reads them.
Which Saudi cities does this cover?
The supplier list is countrywide and includes suppliers delivering into Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, Mecca, Medina and Yanbu. When you run the search live you can name your delivery city and see who serves it, then send one RFQ to all of them.
Do these suppliers deliver sandwich panels to {city}?
The list on this page was built by searching for sandwich panel suppliers in and around {city} specifically, not nationally, so these are the factories and distributors actually serving {city} projects. Long panels need suitable trucks and careful offloading to avoid dented skins, so ask for the delivered price to your {city} site as a separate line from the ex works price, which is what the RFQ template on this page does.
