01Price per metre and per 6 m length
Pipe is supplied in standard lengths. A per-metre rate that ignores how the lengths break against your runs understates what you will actually buy.
02Fittings priced separately, itemised
Fittings are a large share of any piping package and the place quotations diverge most. A pipe-only price looks competitive right up to the point the fittings are added.
03Manufacturer and SASO conformity
Naming the manufacturer is what lets you check the offer against a specification. An unnamed source is not a cheaper offer, it is an unverifiable one.
04UV stabilisation confirmation
Pipe stored or run in Saudi sun without UV stabilisation fails early. It costs almost nothing to confirm at quotation stage and cannot be retrofitted.
05Lead time from purchase order and minimum order quantity
Extruders run to batch. A keen rate attached to a minimum order you do not need, or a lead time past your programme, is not a usable offer.
06Offer validity period
Polymer prices move with feedstock. The validity period tells you whether the quotation is still live when the approval comes back.
